Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models while optimizing performance for real-world applications. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for Computer Vision and NLP applications.

Work with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.

Develop and optimize object detection, image classification, and segmentation models.

Implement NLP techniques such as text classification, named entity recognition (NER), summarization, and sentiment analysis.

Preprocess and clean large datasets for training and evaluation.

Fine-tune pre-trained models (e.g., BERT, GPT, ViT, YOLO, DETR) for specific tasks.

Deploy AI models into production using REST APIs, Flask, FastAPI, or TensorFlow Serving.

Utilize cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure for scalable AI/ML solutions.

Conduct research on state-of-the-art AI advancements and implement innovative solutions.

Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) like OpenAI’s GPT, LLaMA, or Claude.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software developers, and product managers.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in AI/ML, Computer Vision, and NLP.

Proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, OpenCV, and Transformers.

Strong experience in deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.

Hands-on experience in training, fine-tuning, and deploying ML models.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for AI/ML solutions.

Solid understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring techniques.

Knowledge of database and big data technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, or Spark is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in edge AI or real-time AI applications.

Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
